UA Cares Campaign to Support Classified and University Staff
UA Cares is the University of Arizona's annual workplace giving campaign, providing UA employees an opportunity to support UA services and programs. The campaign begins in October and runs through November.

UA Employee Emergency Fund, Designation ID: 20-10-2005
The University of Arizona's Employee Emergency Fund (EEF) provides employees with the opportunity to support colleagues who face an unexpected, temporary financial hardship as a result of sudden illness, a family crisis or a natural disaster. This program is a fantastic avenue for helping colleagues in need.
There are 3 Ways to Donate
- Donate directly through UAccess Employee Self Service. Select UA Cares under the "Payroll & Compensation" section). This option is for recurring payroll deductions that will begin the first pay period of 2018. If you need assistance with this process, please call the 24/7 Support Center at 626-8324.
- Donate online through the University of Arizona Foundation
- Donate using a UA Cares Paper Pledge Form. You can use the pledge form for one-time donations as well as recurring donations through payroll deduction. Return your pledge form to your department's UA Cares Coordinator.
